Kohinoor Square

The Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats (CTBUH) recorded Kohinoor Square as India’s tallest Constructed / Under Construction Commercial / Mixed Use Building. Soaring 52 stories high into the Mumbai sky, the diamond shaped commercial tower enjoys views across the harbour in both directions and will be visible from across the city.

Project Description

An iconic 203m tall, 52 storied diamond shaped tower with Panoramic views of South Mumbai, the Arabian Sea, the Northern Suburbs and the Eastern Port. A 4-storey high entrance lobby & 3.9 m floor to floor height, with a vertical circulation core in the centre. The combination of Post Tension and Flat Slab structural design enables a column-free floor plate averaging 20,000 sq. ft. with over 90% efficiency.

Parking provided for about 2000 cars with super efficient driveways and personalized access controls. Low flow faucets, dual flush toilets, grey water systems and storm water & rainwater management systems – all a part of our commitment to the environment. 15 double height landscaped Sky Gardens and more than a dozen double height Terraces, to act as tranquil and refreshing breakout zones. One of the fastest lift systems in the country using the unique Compass Management System, with 24 elevators that allow for speeds of upto 6m per second.

A retail block adds zing to the mammoth complex by offering 50,000 square feet of exclusive luxury retail shopping and food court space which presents itself as an ideal outlet to showcase some of the leading brands of the world.

90 meter wide area for retail frontage on N.C. Kelkar Road and Padmabai Thakkar Road, providing maximum visibility to showcase your brand. Retail and office access provided through a 6 storey glazed atrium animated through art and music. 14,000 sq. ft. of individual column-free retail floor plates and imposing floor to floor height of 4.4 meters. Post Tension Beam and Slab design to maximize space efficiency.
